Onboarding Consultant

The Onboarding Consultant will provide training, consulting and support to guide new clients to success with Digital Measures solution(s).


  • Work with assigned clients to achieve success with Activity Insight and drive down time to value
  • Train assigned clients on features and functionality of Digital Measures solution(s), including basic support of technical features
  • Consult with assigned clients on project timelines and resources
  • Advise assigned clients on implementation and customization best practices
  • Coordinate customization requests for assigned clients
  • Represent the needs of assigned clients and trends internally
  • Participate in prioritized Onboarding Team projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrate an understanding of higher education and how our clients function
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the core capabilities of our solution(s), including a basic understanding of technical features
  • Confidently respond to client requests for recommendations by leveraging preexisting materials, input from team members, and personal experience
  • Understand and follow team processes and best practices for all aspects of our service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team processes and tools, and escalate these ideas for consideration
  • Contribute high-quality and thoughtful inputs to project work, as assigned
  • Travel up to 25% (1-2 times per month on average)

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in business, communications, computer science or a related field and a 3.5 GPA or higher
  • A high level of competence in communication, critical thinking and reasoning, and computer skills
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Experience with training or adult learning initiatives a plus
