Director of Product Management

As Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, high-impact software for our clients, in a collaborative work environment.


  • Lead and manage a team of Product Managers
  • Develop the vision and strategy for existing and new Digital Measures products
  • Deliver high quality software according to business and client needs
  • Build market knowledge and stay abreast of market trends
  • Engage key internal and external stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Prioritize feature backlog using cost/benefit projections and analysis
  • Assess and improve team members' knowledge, skill, and expertise
  • Advocate and advance modern product management best practices
  • Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
  • Help promote great team practices and accomplishments across the company
  • Engage vendors as needed for quality, compliance, or other assessments of team members' work
  • Maintain team member role definition and alignment of responsibilities
  • Maintain key team member processes and performance/quality metrics
  • Attract, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Maintain budget forecasts


  • Advanced skills in a Product Management role
  • Informed of latest industry developments and can translate into strategy within the team
  • Grasps the complexities of our software, our internal processes, and our teams' and clients’ needs
  • Analytical, strategic thinker who drives things forward
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ten or more years of agile product management experience in a business-to-business software as a service environment
  • Ten or more years of team leadership experience
