Renewals Support Intern

As a Renewal & Contract Intern, you will assist our Client Success and Sales organizations with auditing our current client accounts, identifying and collaborating on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and generating proposals for our renewing clients. While this is not a client-facing role initially, it has the potential to grow into one.

Primary Duties

  • Audit client contracts against actual usage
  • Provide report of contract audit to Team Lead of Renewals
  • Schedule renewal meetings for Team Lead of Renewals
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities, and work with Sales to develop an engagement strategy
  • Generate proposals for clients
  • Research and document relevant client information within Salesforce

  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Willingness to take on miscellaneous tasks

  • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate degree program with an interest in business and/or research
  • Prior sales, research, or office work experience a plus
